Deposits - We require a minimum 10% deposit* based on the total price of your trailer, with the balance due at or before the time that you pick up your trailer.
Methods of Payment - We accept credit cards, business checks, personal checks, online payment, or wire transfers for deposits. Deposits must be received before your order is processed.
Please Note - Though we accept credit cards for deposits, we DO NOT accept credit/debit cards for the payment of your final balance.
Final payment for US sales can be paid by certified bank check, cash, online payment or prepaid by wire transfer.
Final payment for sales to Canada can be paid by cash or prepaid by wire transfer.
Picking Up- We will advise you of the estimated completion date of your trailer prior to ordering. Typically you can expect 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of your deposit for pick up. Trailers are manufactured in the order in which customer deposits are received. Manufacturing times generally run about 2 weeks, but could be a little more depending on our work load / back log at the time that your order is placed. You have 10 business days from completion date to pay the balance and pick up your trailer (unless delivery has been pre-arranged). Trailers not picked up within this time frame are subject to a storage fee of $25 per business day unless pre-negotiated with PROLine at the time your order was placed.
Delivery - We can arrange to have your trailer delivered to you. Our delivery fee is based on "loaded miles" and is calculated at $1.65 per mile with a minimum of $300. Should you elect to have your trailer delivered, your balance and the delivery charges have to be paid prior to your trailer leaving our facility. Delivery is only available to locations within the continental United States.
VIN Info- We'll provide you a vehicle identification number (VIN) prior to you picking up your trailer so you can obtain financing, insurance or registration. The manufacturer's certificate of origin (CO) for your trailer will remain with PROLine while we await your final payment check to clear, usually about 5 business days, we will then mail the certificate to you. This doesn't apply if you financed, prepaid, paid cash or wired transferred final payment for your trailer.
Other Fees - We will provide a 20-day temporary plate at a cost of $5. New Hampshire mandates that we initiate the state title for NH residents who purchase trailers that have a 3000# GVWR or more. The cost to NH residents is $25, that's the amount the state charges us.
Refund Policy - Once your order is placed and processed, your deposit is non-refundable.
